 Newport
Yacht Basin is located on the east side of Lake Washington
in Bellevue, Washington. The marina is a condominium association,
the first of its kind in the United States and was developed
in 1975.
There are a total of 416 slips, approximately half are covered. They
run from 20' to 47.5'. John C. Radovich Development Company
(JCR) leases over 120 of the slips. The remaining slips
belong to individual owners.
Parking is provided, we issue parking passes and keys to enter the
dock gates.
Located on site is a full service parts and repair shop, boat sales
office, gas pumps, restrooms, and a public launch.
The marina is conveniently located off 405 just south of the I-90
bridge. It's in the bay below Factoria Shopping Center
and faces Mercer Island. |
