Leasing
Details:
Newport Yacht Basin does not have transient or temporary
moorage available.
Leases run 12 months, from spring to spring. Current tenants receive a new
lease each spring and have first choice to continue leasing. Once in the marina,
slip changes can be made if another size or location is more suitable. Docks
are gated and locked from the land side. Keys and parking passes are available to slip tenants only. The City of Bellevue launch does have
some permit parking for cars with trailers. If we're unable to accommodate you
immediately or if you wish to obtain moorage in the future we do keep current waiting
lists.
